Introducing Auto-Scheduling: Hands-Off Posting, Done Right

One of the most common requests we've heard is simple: "I love that automations draft my posts, but I still have to log in every day to publish them." So we built auto-scheduling, now available in beta for Pro and Max plans. When you enable it on an automation, the posts it generates are scheduled to publish for you, but never behind your back.

Auto-scheduling is deliberately not "fire and forget" autoposting. Every post is scheduled with a review window and an email that gives you time to read it, edit it, or cancel it before it ever goes live. This post explains how it works, what it's great for and, just as importantly, how to use it responsibly.

💡 How it works

On each scheduled run, your automation generates the post, schedules it to publish after your chosen review window (2, 4, 8, or 24 hours), and emails you a preview with Review & edit and Cancel buttons. Do nothing and it publishes on time. Cancel and it stays a draft. One click, no login required.

Why we built it this way

AI is genuinely good at turning your portfolio data into a clean summary post. But AI can also make mistakes, and financial content carries real weight. It's published under your name, to an audience that may act on it. Full autopilot would put those two facts on a collision course.

The review window is our answer. It keeps the convenience of hands-off posting while keeping a human in the loop by default. Most of the time the summary will be fine and you'll let it publish. When something looks off, you have hours, not seconds, to fix it or pull it.

What auto-scheduling is great for

Auto-scheduling shines when the content is grounded in real data and low-risk to summarize. In this first release it's limited to portfolio-update posts, exactly the kind of content where the AI is working from your live numbers rather than making calls about the future.

Good uses

  • ✓Weekly or monthly portfolio recaps: "here's how my positions moved," drawn from your actual performance data.
  • ✓Consistent, low-drama updates that keep your audience warm without you logging in daily.
  • ✓Posts you skim before they publish. Treat the review email as a quick sanity check, not a formality.
  • ✓Content that's clearly labeled. Every auto-scheduled post carries an automated-summary disclaimer, so your audience knows how it was made.

What not to do

Auto-scheduling is a convenience tool for responsible creators, not a content firehose. A few things are firmly off the table. Some because we block them, others because they'll erode the trust you're trying to build.

✅ Do

  • Read the review email and skim each post.
  • Keep the automated-content disclaimer on.
  • Use it for factual summaries of your own portfolio.
  • Pick a run time when you can check your inbox within the review window.
  • Turn it off if the output quality isn't consistently good enough.

🚫 Don't

  • Spam. There's a hard cap of one auto-scheduled post per platform per day.
  • Publish market predictions or "buy this now" calls on autopilot.
  • Auto-post breaking news or price-sensitive claims without a human check.
  • Remove the disclaimer to pass automated content off as hand-written.
  • Ignore the review emails and let posts publish entirely unseen.

The guardrails we built in

Responsible-by-default isn't just a slogan here. It's enforced in the product:

  • A review window on every post, with an email you can act on without logging in.
  • One auto-scheduled post per platform per day, on top of your normal publishing limits.
  • Portfolio updates only in this release. News and commentary stay manual drafts.
  • An automated-content disclaimer added to every post.
  • Fail-safe by design: if we can't email you the review, the post stays a draft and nothing publishes.
  • You're always in control: edit, reschedule, or cancel any post, and switch the feature off per automation at any time.

Your content, your responsibility

Anything published from your account is yours. You're responsible for reviewing it and for what it says, including any regulatory obligations that apply to you as a creator. Auto-scheduling gives you the time and tools to stay in control; it doesn't transfer that responsibility to us. This feature is in beta, and we may limit, pause, or revoke it (per account or across the board) if we see spam or misuse.

How to turn it on

Open any automation, expand Advanced settings, and toggle Auto-schedule posts. You'll accept a short set of terms the first time, then choose your review window. It's available on Pro and Max plans. Prefer to keep publishing by hand? Nothing changes: leave the toggle off and your automations keep producing drafts exactly as before.

Let your portfolio updates run themselves, safely.

Set up an automation, turn on auto-scheduling, and stay in control with a review window on every post.

Get Started

Auto-scheduling is our take on a hard problem: making content creation genuinely hands-off without handing your reputation to an algorithm. We think the review window strikes the right balance, and we'd love your feedback as we refine it.
