StockStudio allows you to connect your eToro account to sync portfolio data. We do not store your eToro login credentials. Portfolio data you choose to sync is stored securely on our servers and used solely to power content creation features within the Service.
You may connect social media accounts (such as X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, and Facebook) to publish content directly from StockStudio. These connections use the OAuth protocol, meaning you authorize access through the platform's own consent screen — we never see or store your social media passwords.
Social media connections are facilitated through Outstand, a third-party integration service. Outstand may process and temporarily cache data related to your connected accounts in order to provide the integration. For more information, please refer to Outstand's privacy policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your full card number on our servers. We receive limited billing information (e.g., last four digits, card brand, expiry) to display on your account. All payment data is handled in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards.
We use third-party cloud providers for user authentication and file storage (such as uploaded images). These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
We use OpenAI's services to power our AI content generation features. Your content data may be processed by OpenAI to generate content suggestions, but this data is not used to train their models. All AI processing is done in accordance with OpenAI's privacy policy and data usage guidelines.
Our email subscription forms are powered by Beehiiv. When you subscribe to our newsletter or join our waitlist, your email address and related information is stored and processed by Beehiiv according to their privacy policy. We use this information solely to send you updates about StockStudio.
On our web application (app.stockstudio.me), we use Hotjar to better understand user behavior and improve our platform. Hotjar is a behavioral analytics service that helps us understand how users interact with our application.
