We reserve the right to impose limits on posting frequency or volume to protect the integrity of connected platforms and the experience of other users. Such limits may be adjusted at our discretion without prior notice.
Violation of any of the above — including actions that result in violations of third-party platform terms — may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. We reserve the right to take legal action where appropriate.
Some images the Service generates carry a "Verified data via StockStudio" mark. That mark means one specific thing: at the moment the image was created, the figures shown in it were produced by StockStudio from the brokerage account you had connected to your account. It is not a verification of your identity, your track record, or the merits of any position, and it does not certify that any figure remains accurate after the image was created.
Because the mark carries our name, you agree not to:
These are material terms. Breaching any of them is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. We further reserve the right to state that an image is not one we produced, including to any platform on which it was published, and to take legal action where appropriate.
To make that possible, we may keep a record of the images the Service generates for you and of the figures they contained, so that questions about an image's authenticity can be answered. Such records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Important: StockStudio is a content creation tool, not financial advice. The content generated by our platform should not be considered as investment advice, recommendations, or endorsements. Always conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.
StockStudio allows you to connect your eToro account to sync portfolio data and publish content. This integration requires your explicit authorization. Your use of eToro remains subject to eToro's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of eToro's platform.
You may connect social media accounts (such as X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, and Facebook) to publish content directly from StockStudio. These connections use OAuth, meaning you authorize access through each platform's consent screen. Social media integrations are facilitated through third-party services, and your use of each social media platform remains subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockStudio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, engage in harmful activities, or if your use of StockStudio results in violations of third-party platform terms of service. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that cause your connected accounts to be flagged, restricted, or banned by those platforms. It also includes misuse of the verified-data mark described above.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in accordance with the jurisdiction where StockStudio operates.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You are free to disagree. If you do not accept an updated version, you can stop using the Service at any time. If you are on a paid plan, declining costs you nothing you have already paid for: cancel your subscription from Settings, or contact us at info@stockstudio.me, and the terms in force when you paid continue to apply for the remainder of the period you have paid for.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
